Getting Started
What is Humanoid?
Humanoid is a market intelligence platform for the humanoid robotics industry. We track companies, robot models, market forecasts, and industry trends — giving investors, strategists, and engineers a complete view of the landscape.
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage or any pricing card. Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters). No credit card required for the free Explorer plan.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll be taken through a brief onboarding tour that shows you the dashboard, key stats, and how to navigate between tabs. After that, you have full access to all company profiles and robot specifications.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The platform is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. We recommend adding it to your home screen for quick access.
Data & Coverage
How many companies and robots do you track?
We currently track 50+ companies and 70+ robot models. Our coverage spans production-ready systems through early-stage prototypes, from companies like Tesla, Figure AI, Agility Robotics, Unitree, and many more.
Where does your data come from?
We compile data from public company filings, press releases, technical publications, conference presentations, and verified industry sources. Each data point includes confidence indicators so you know what's confirmed vs. estimated.
How often is the data updated?
Market data and company profiles are updated as new information becomes available. We track funding rounds, product launches, and deployment announcements continuously.
What does 'readiness' mean?
Readiness indicates a robot's deployment stage. Production means it's being manufactured and deployed. Limited Production means small-scale manufacturing. Pilot means field testing is underway. Prototype means it's in active development but not yet deployed.
Plans & Billing
What's included in the free Explorer plan?
Full access to all 50+ company profiles and 70+ robot model specifications, basic search and filtering, and the regional market overview. No time limit, no credit card required.
What does the Analyst plan add?
Market forecasts and trend analysis, advanced filters and saved searches, side-by-side robot and company comparisons, price range and readiness breakdowns, and priority email support.
Can I try Analyst before committing?
Yes. Sign up for Analyst and get full access immediately. Cancel within the trial period and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard and click the billing button to access your Stripe portal. From there you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Account & Security
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I change my email address?
Not yet. If you need to update your email, contact our support team and we'll help you transfer your account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
